You can cancel your order only after you have placed your order and before the product is ready to be shipped, by using the "Contact Form". Please note that we are unable to accept cancellations once the product has been prepared for shipping.
＜Exchanges and Returns＞
We only accept returns and exchanges of defective products or products that are different from the product you ordered.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience (different from the image, size does not fit, wrong order, etc.) or changes to your order after your order has been confirmed, or returns or exchanges of sale items.
